Activities and Goals of Human Capital Analysis
Services and consulting in Human Capital Strategies
- Define the Need for Culture within the Corporate environment and
organizational environment. Which cultural level, where, and why. Defines
Culture-Gaps
- Develops Special Forces Units within the Organization, aimed at target
goals
- Provide workforce planning consultative, analytics, and strategic
planning services to address workforce-related issues:
- Project lead responsible for facilitating the long range plan (headcount
and hiring forecast) for the business area
- Assist leadership in the forecasting of future human capital demand and
supply by incorporating data from different sources
- Assist in the development and implementations of workforce visualization
tools and methodologies to provide the leadership and human resource
professionals with insights
- Partner with HR Systems & Analytics to integrate data sources to allow
leadership and HR professionals to identify workforce trends and better
forecast hiring needs
- Assist business and Human Resources leaders to better understand how
workforce issues can constrain their long term strategies and help develop
the action plans to overcome these constraints
- Support business area, corporate and enterprise workforce planning
initiatives to help ensure Lockheed Martin has the appropriate level of
organizational capability to meet both current and future business
challenges
- Collaborate with relevant Centers of Excellences (i.e., Talent
Acquisition, Talent and Organizational Capability, Compensation and
Performance Management, Finance, Business Development, etc.) to develop and
implement solutions (plan, attract, develop, retain, redeploy) -Respond to
requests for information, data analysis and action planning
- Workforce analytics, characterization and visualization -Prepare reports
and presentations on workforce characteristics for workforce planners and
various audiences for specific job segments along with analysis and
interpretation of the human resource trends and insights with respect to the
overall operational effectiveness of the business
- Activities include scenario planning, modeling, environmental scan, gap
analysis and mitigation strategies
- Support other Global Talent Acquisition programs & projects, as needed
-Serve as a performance facilitator
- Develops a Vision and practical Plans for Culture
Acquisition and
Knowledge Acquisition within the organization
- Defines guidelines for coaching, training and mentoring at different
organizational levels
